  • Yes, I am in-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. For all other insurance providers, I am considered an out-of-network provider. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your coverage and reimbursement rates.
