My Story
I’m Kimberley, the founder of this practice, and my passion is helping individuals navigate anxiety and related disorders—as well as depression, grief, and relationship challenges. Through both advanced clinical training and my own lived experience of recovering from anxiety, I deeply understand the personal toll that mental and emotional struggles can take. Whether you are facing chronic worry, crippling anxiety, the weight of persistent sadness, the ache of loss, or the strain of difficult relationships, I offer a compassionate, grounded approach that honors your unique path toward healing.

Guiding Philosophy and Modalities
At the heart of this practice is the belief that healing begins in a safe, collaborative relationship—one rooted in trust, respect, and genuine human connection. Therapy is not something you do alone, but something we engage in together. Your experiences, insights, and inner wisdom are honored here, and the therapeutic process is guided by a spirit of curiosity, compassion, and deep presence.
My approach is integrative, drawing on contemplative practices, mindfulness, and evidence-based modalities to support meaningful and lasting change.
Contemplation and Mindfulness
Contemplative and mindfulness-based practices help create a quiet, attentive space where you can slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your inner experience. These approaches foster greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and clarity—allowing you to respond to life with intention rather than reactivity.
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MB-CBT)
MB-CBT combines the practical tools of cognitive behavioral therapy with the grounding power of mindfulness. Together, we’ll work to identify unhelpful thought patterns while cultivating presence, acceptance, and flexible coping strategies. This approach supports both symptom relief and deeper emotional resilience.
Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)
Many people struggle with harsh self-criticism, shame, or a sense of not being “enough.” CFT helps develop a more nurturing, supportive relationship with yourself, using the science of compassion to calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety and depression, and promote emotional healing.
Humanistic Therapy
Rooted in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth, meaning, and self-actualization, humanistic therapy creates space for your full humanity to be seen and valued. It emphasizes authenticity, personal responsibility, and aligning your life with your deepest values.
A Collaborative Path Toward Healing
What truly weaves these modalities together is our therapeutic relationship. Healing happens in connection—with ourselves, with others, and within the safe container of therapy. I am here to walk alongside you with empathy, skill, and a deep respect for your unique path.
